Interform’s Cost Rental (CR) application assists Local Authorities meet their targets on delivering rental homes to middle income families that cannot afford private rented accommodation.

The portal allows the head of the household to make an application providing data and documented as proof of the income received by each household member. The system collates the data into a statement of Net Household Income that assists council staff determine their eligibility under the terms of the scheme. The portal allows the Council to assign priority of applications on a lottery basis maintaining a full audit trail of when the lottery was conducted and the rankings assigned.
