“Working closely with staff members, Interform delivers bespoke systems that target the problems and inefficiencies that come with traditional processes and procedures.
They have been instrumental in helping the Council move to cloud based solutions which have significantly improved our ability to serve the public. Interform understand our requirements and bring vast experience in the area of systems development and project management.
In all cases, they have delivered what we want, when we want it.”

“The Council have collaborated with Interform Ltd for a number of years on a variety of housing projects. The Affordable Housing, the Housing Needs Assessment, the Housing Assistance Payment, and the Local Authority Home Loan application forms are four housing applications that Interform Ltd have digitised for Fingal County Council.
As the project manager, I dealt with the Interform Ltd team on a regular basis, and they were a delight to work with. They are experts in their profession and have a fantastic team that are extremely knowledgeable, insightful, and motivating. Working with them was a pleasure, and I would highly recommend them to any organisation.”

“We introduced the Doras Affordable Housing module to process applications of the Greenhill Road Affordable housing scheme. This is a scheme of 36 houses of various designs. The portal went live at 9:00 on January 9th. Within 10 minutes we had 11 completed applications and by the end of the day this had risen to over 100.
In total we received over 200 applications and three weeks later, on the day the scheme closed, all applications had been fully reviewed and processed and we were in a position to finalise the list of successful applications and begin the process of completing the sales.
The Doras portal worked flawlessly and provided the efficiency and transparency that is so important for this process.”

“One obvious advantage of the system is reduction in the carbon footprint and expenses related to printing and posting applications.
“A tenant would have to contact us for a Section A and Section B form, wait until we got through their request via email, letter or phone, we needed to print and submit the application forms, they would need to get all their income details and other documents printed, send the Section B to their Landlords who would then need to do the same… All of this could easily take several weeks… I just had a vulnerable lady visiting us here in Fingal and I was able to help her applying online in less than 10 minutes. Realistically you could do it even faster if you have average IT skills. “
“Another benefit is transparency. A tenant could never be sure where their application was at, sometimes the Landlord wouldn’t have even sent their part. Now the tenant can see the application move through the various stages e.g. LL has submitted, Application has been Assigned.”
“We have reduced the time it takes to fully process an HAP application form 12 weeks previously to under 8 weeks now and we are reducing it further!”

“We are in the early stages of dealing with online loan applications but already we can are seeing the benefits; less paper handling, and therefore less space storage and risk of loss. In addition, our target average processing time of under 12 weeks is now realistic and achievable.”
