Applying for a Local Authority Home Loan (LAHL) is a lengthy and complicated process.  With the DORAS Portal LAHL module applicants can provide all of the necessary information online, including uploading all of the relevant back up documents. Only completed applications are submitted, greatly speeding up this process. In addition, applications that fail to meet the minimum qualifying criteria cannot be submitted.
